Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Provyral collects, why, who processes it for us, and how you can see or delete it. We collect as little as we need to run the product.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in (or the email you sign up with), and your language.
• Your Instagram handle and the public data on that profile (bio, follower count, public reels and their view counts), which we use to understand your niche.
• Connected Instagram (optional): if you connect your account through Instagram Login, an access token (stored encrypted) and your reels' private statistics such as reach, saves and watch time. You can disconnect anytime.
• What you create: scripts, ideas, collections, plans, coach conversations, and short notes the coach keeps about your goals and preferences ("coach memory"). You can view, edit, delete or turn off coach memory in Settings.
• Billing: your plan, subscription status and invoices. Card details are collected and stored by Lemon Squeezy, never by us.
• Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and server logs (IP address, browser, errors) kept for security and debugging.

Public creator data

Provyral indexes public Instagram reels from creators (view counts, captions, thumbnails) to find outliers. We only use information that is publicly visible. If you are a creator and want your public profile removed from our index, email us and we'll remove it.

How we use it

• To run the product: your feed, analyses, scripts, weekly plan and coach.
• To bill you and keep your account secure.
• To fix problems and improve the product. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Who processes data for us

• Google (Gemini API): AI analysis, scripts and the coach. Content you send to these features is processed by Google.
• Lemon Squeezy: payments, taxes and invoices, as merchant of record.
• Hosting providers for our servers and database.
• Data providers that supply public Instagram data.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your workspace, scripts, coach conversations, memories and Instagram connection right away. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires (by Lemon Squeezy and by us).

Your choices and rights

• See and edit your data in the app; delete coach memories or turn memory off in Settings.
• Delete your account in Settings → Account. This can't be undone.
• Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by email.
