7-day refund on your first payment
If Provyral isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime in Settings → Plan & billing and you won't be charged again. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable.
Failed actions
If an analysis, script or other paid action fails on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
How to ask
Email mezdoud.ala.e@gmail.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
